The phone is in great condition except for a small chip hole on the bottom right side of the phone as seen in pic.The only time I have used it was to factory reset it.ive never signed up for the entouch wireless service on this phone that uses T-Mobile,I checked the iemi and it just states unknown,It should work with T-Mobile service though.But definitely with the entouch wireless servic
